How to Get Mechanical Gloves (Doom Boss)

Mechanical Gloves and Doom boss guide for Update 3.2

Update 3.2 "Doom" (July 4, 2026) added the Doom boss and Mechanical Gloves to Infinity Gauntlet Thanos Simulator. This guide walks through every prerequisite, the Power Temple summon ritual, and the four-mode glove moveset.

Prerequisites

Step 1: Reach the Power Temple

Travel to the Power Temple — the same area associated with the Power Stone NPC. Stand on the first floor. This process is similar to entering The Mortis Trials but does not require Lunar World or Forge steps.

Step 2: Classic Snap

With the full gauntlet equipped, use Classic Snap on the Power Temple first floor. Two templates appear:

  • Yellow template — Square symbols with Hadron Enforcer silhouette in the center
  • Blue template — Circle symbols with Mjolnir silhouette in the center

Step 3: Activate Templates

  1. Equip Hadron Enforcer. Use Projectile Shot (M1) on the yellow template.
  2. Equip Mjolnir. Use Strike (R) on the blue template.
  3. Doom spawns wielding the Mechanical Gloves.

Step 4: Defeat Doom

Doom is a challenging boss fight. Use gauntlet Shield during heavy attacks, swap to Hadron Enforcer or Upgraded Stormbreaker for DPS windows, and keep distance when needed. Upon defeat, the Mechanical Gloves drop to your inventory.

Using Mechanical Gloves

Press E to cycle four modes: Dash Punch, Electric Blast, Exploding Energy Spheres, and Black Hole. Each mode has distinct M1 behavior — experiment in low-risk NPC areas before using in PvP or hard boss rematches.
